The Bi-Lingual Intake Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing referrals and conducting intakes with potential clients for therapeutic services to help children and caregivers cope with and recover from experiences of child sexual or physical abuse or exposure to other violent crime. This position is required to participate in the on-call rotation for after hours and weekend crisis intervention services. This position is a mandated reporter for child abuse and neglect under District of Columbia Statute § 4-1321.02

The Deputy Director is responsible for programmatic leadership and direction of the organization, including operations related to the coordinated response to child sexual abuse and severe physical abuse. Areas of responsibility include ensuring implementation of the organization’s mission and values through the achievement of program outcomes, strengthening internal and Team collaborations, and implementation of grant expectations. This position is a mandated reporter for child abuse and neglect under District of Columbia Statute § 4-1321.02
This is a contract position. The contract interviewer is responsible for conducting forensic interviews with children ages 2 ½ to 17 years in cases of alleged physical and/or sexual abuse or other violence. The contractor must be skilled in using research-based forensic interview protocols and techniques in a developmentally appropriate manner to elicit truthful information. Candidates for this position may be asked to provide a tape recording of one of her/his forensic interviews.
