Safe Shores' Holiday Giving Drive, 2011
Each year, Safe Shores partners with generous individuals in the community to give the children we serve new clothing and toys in an effort to make their holidays a little brighter. Many families served by Safe Shores do not have the means to purchase holiday gifts for their children. We work to make sure that these families, who have been affected by abuse, trauma and violence, have the opportunity to provide their children the best holiday possible.
You can help in one of two ways: shop on your own to fulfill a child’s wish list OR sponsor a child’s wish list at $150 per child and Safe Shores will do the shopping for you.
The process is anonymous. Upon your request, a child’s wish list will be sent to you. The wish list will include the age, gender, and items the child would like to receive.
